Who we are.
A program of the Lake Champlain Chamber, Burlington Young Professionals (BYP) aims to attract and retain young professional talent in Northwest Vermont. Since 2010, BYP has cultivated a community of over 1,500 young professionals.
BYP empowers young professionals by connecting them with the people and resources necessary to become active community leaders and solidify their place in Vermont.
BYP is a free community resource. Understanding that Vermont’s economic vitality hinges on our ability to support our emerging workforce, BYP has no barriers to join and participate in its programming. Anyone can participate regardless of employment status, industry affiliation or age.

BYP connects young professionals to our state leaders’ and creates an atmosphere where they can confidently unpack the issues and begin to work out solutions
