We'll ward off the January cold with some hot chocolate and get an inside look at the new OnLogic HQ where they produce their world-class industrial computers. We could all use some human connection during the dark winter months, so come on out and build community with BYP!

Join us for the first discussion for our new professional development book club, BYP Reads! We're getting a group of YPs together to read professional development books and meet once a month for an in-person discussion (virtual option available) facilitated by BYP Advisory Board members. In between discussions, we'll connect on a dedicated chat channel. How will we decide which books we read? You'll get to vote! And don't worry, we'll have NA bevvies and snacks.
For this first meeting, we'll send you some short professional development articles to read and then we'll have a conversation about them, go over how this new program will work, and vote on our first book of 2025.
Meet Up with BYP for an evening of rock climbing, networking, and fun at Petra Cliffs!
BYP Advisory Board members will be waiting to welcome you to the climbing center between 5 and 5:30pm. Once we get a group orientation from Petra Cliffs staff at 5:30*, we'll get out on the walls to explore bouldering and climbing. Whether you're a seasoned climber or a total newbie, this event is for you! If you've ever even thought about climbing, Petra Cliffs has possibilities for you, including accessible options.
Around 7:30pm, we'll break for some networking and pizza from Leonardo’s. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
$20+tax gets you two hours (or more!) of climbing and shoe and harness rentals ($33 value).
